TREND Financial is an enterprise-level auto lender and technology company. The engagement began with a full UX/UI overhaul of TALK — TREND’s Automated Lending Kit — the platform dealers and lenders log into every day to originate, fund, and monitor automotive loans.
Once the application work was complete, I led the in-house creative team through a brand overhaul that touched every customer-facing surface: sales deliverables, promotional items, marketing video, and ultimately TREND’s tradeshow program — including interactive kiosks shipped to Canada’s largest auto-financial conference in 2017. The work spans product, brand, and event design under one cohesive system.
